Elegant Mansion Designed By Urban Design Associates
Most people who imagine an elegant mansion think of something modern to go with the technology we have today. But if you combine that technology and added in a little medieval design and architecture you get the Saguaro Forest VII.
The Saguaro Forest VII is imagined by Scottsdale-based Urban Design Associates (UDA). It overlooks a golf course giving it great views of green landscape and fantastic views of the sky. The exterior contains a small pool that is unique to most anything else a person can think of, yet designed to match the space it is in. There is also a pond that stands out as well, but provides a relaxing atmosphere for those to sit and enjoy.
Inside the home you will find elegant designs in each and every room. The dining room is built to fill a large space including sky high ceilings built with skylights. The sandstone tones give it a sense of comfort, where old world meets new world.
The lighting consists of combinations of candelabras that are electric, as well as chandeliers, giving sophistication a completely new name. One bathroom contains a sink that resembles more of a washbasin, yet consists of all the modern plumbing. The other bathroom gives a Victorian vibe with a well-designed sink that appears to have been built inside a dresser.
The sitting room or den holds two sitting chairs and is surrounded by wall to wall books. Behind the chairs sits a fireplace allowing for great reads in the evenings or enjoying the company of a loved one.
